CAN’T SEE THE WOOD FOR THE TREES?

 

Tourists to a new town often seek out the Visitor and Information Centre there.

 

According to Flinders Ranges Visitor Information Centre, Quorn… cars kept missing the big “i” sign!??

 

Their new “i” feather banner now waves at cars before they drive past, and Jillian Wilson reports, “… it’s been the best money spent as people can now visibly see where we are situated.”

 

No more lost tourists; what a relief.

 

West Australian flag banner owner describes his own like this: “Hey guys, you should check out my banner – it’s big, bold and very colourful.  Everybody knows where I am on the field. ?Can’t find me? – not looking!”

SME business in McLaren Vale had admitted to feeling “lost” situated in a small, less-frequented group of shops.  Now he reports, “People say our feather banner made them realise where we are.”  Ultimately meaning… HUGE $$$ improvements to his bottom line!

 

Prospect City Council wrote about their own banners, “… other areas of Council are asking to USE them…”  So, renting them out perhaps, to boost the coffers!?

We received these lovely words from RSL Care SA, a care facility for Service Veterans, which sums up the real reason behind wanting a feather banner (flag sign).

 

Many locals didn’t even know we were here!  Now they do.”

 

When your own local neighbourhood doesn’t know you exist… that’s when the banners work their hardest.

 

RSL Care SA concluded with, “Our banner is clear & concise.  It’s highly visible and easy to read.”

Alexandrina Cheese’s proprietor, Krystyna McCaul told us, “We love our feathers, they work very hard and well for us.”

 

She also said, “I appreciate your frankness; tell the spy/spotter I appreciate their help!”  (One of our “spies” had spotted their previous banner – now near 2 years old – which was a little worse for wear, and alerted us to its demise, so we contacted Krystyna!)

 

We’re happy to know that when HIGH-VIS is Top Priority, we can be sure that our feather banners will live up to their GREAT expectations.
